📋 Description
- Define product vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for Elastic Agent framework
- Drive remote management capabilities for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and collector infrastructure
- Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent (EDOT) and standalone distributions.
- Lead Kubernetes operators and Helm-based releases for cloud-native deployments.
- Advance OpenTelemetry as the primary data shipper; align receivers/exporters across Elastic Agent
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product marketing to deliver central management and collector
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management focused on enterprise infrastructure observability, telemetry
- Deep technical familiarity with collectors, log shippers, and agent ecosystems (OpenTelemetry
- Proven track record defining requirements for remote agent management and distributed edge
- Familiarity with Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts; strong understanding of cloud-native
- Experience on IT Ops/DevOps/SRE front lines or as a customer-facing architect/consultant is ideal.
- Excellent communication, able to translate complex architectures into business goals.
