Marketing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations across marketing tech to streamline workflows
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams, operations, and analytics to identify automation
• Translate marketing needs into automated, scalable solutions using Workato and related tools
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across IT, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering
• Monitor and optimize existing integrations for reliability and performance
• Document automation playbooks and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing operations, Martech, or process automation roles
• Experience with Workato (or similar) and connectors for Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, Hubspot
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and MCPs
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Comfort with APIs, data mappings, and system schemas
• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to partner with technical and non-technical
