Lineman

📋 Description

• Access installations via ladders, crawl spaces, manholes, trenches
• Operate a bucket truck, climb poles, use standard tools
• This position requires out of town traveling during the week
• Work across all divisions (underground/aerial)
• Work outside in varying conditions
• Work mandatory overtime as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; combination of training/education/experience
• Apprenticeship in lineman trade or willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL is a plus
• Proficient in fiber installation, pole transfers, and new build
• Knowledge of building strand, lashing, grounding, and repairing aerial lines
• Lift up to 50-75 lbs; climb poles up to 30'
