Cultivation Agent - Indoor Flower - Weekend Shift

📋 Description

• Cresco Labs seeks a Cultivation Agent to support on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens.
• Responsibilities include day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, trimming, and maintaining plant
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the production area per Cresco policies.
• Assist with plant tracking, documentation, and lot/production records from birth to harvest.
• Carry out duties in line with commonwealth standards and Cresco Labs quality controls.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to indoor greenhouse climates.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of production experience, preferably in a regulated field for human consumption.
• Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and ability to work in varying climates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand/kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to comply with legal/regulatory requirements for cannabis industry employment.
• Experience with plant care tasks: watering, topping, pruning, trimming, and transplanting.
