🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in business analysis or data analytics
• Strong SQL skills; ability to manipulate large datasets
• Experience building BI dashboards (Tableau/Looker or equivalent)
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design
