🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in software services, hunter role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of Back-End, Front-End, DevOps, Cloud, DBAs, QA.
• Local software services market experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and German (both).
