📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing and interventions per care plan
• Assess patients, educate families, monitor condition
• Document observations and care using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Current Hawaii nursing license in good standing
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with diploma/transcript
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations
