- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
- Lead a transdisciplinary team of behavior technicians (BTs).
- Provide groundbreaking, client-centered care with flexibility and support.
- Engage in a hybrid remote/onsite working arrangement in Scottsdale area (hybrid option available).
- Support professional development and collaboration within Cortica’s care model.

🎯 Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Current BCBA certification and ongoing licensure/continuing education as applicable.
- Current BCBA license renewal and related administrative responsibilities.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
- Experience supervising BTs and coordinating ABA program components.
- Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and other clinicians.
