📋 Description
- Own and drive eDiscovery and information governance programs across Coinbase.
- Partner with engineering to deliver IT programs from hold through collection, review, and
- Translate regulatory requirements into system configurations and controls across Slack and Google
- Lead timelines, dependencies, risk escalations with audit-ready docs (control matrices, playbooks
- Build and validate test plans for eDiscovery controls to ensure defensibility and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in technical program management, information governance, eDiscovery, or regulatory
- Experience managing cross-functional compliance programs with multiple dependencies.
- Working knowledge of EDRM and tooling (Relativity, Nuix, Google Vault, Onna).
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise controls across collaboration
- Ability to build roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive programs independently.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
