Supervisor, Test Operations (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Oversee production of test systems for Starlink flight hardware
• Manage shop floor activity and daily/weekly assignments
• Lead 10+ staff; handle performance, schedules, budgets, procurement
• Own operations and build queue across shifts
• Collaborate with test engineering partners; align on needs and schedules
• Participate in hands-on builds of test equipment as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years in assembly/production
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (preferred)
• 3+ years in manufacturing test systems, mechanical/electricals (preferred)
