📋 Description
- CTA is a 24+ month developmental role with Knoxville team
- Partner to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales areas
- Assists sales reps with trainings, robotic development, territory management
- Guides in-services for OR staff, surgeons, etc.
- Sells benefits of advanced tech to robot users to hit quotas
- Learn goal setting, mapping, and prep for quota-bearing role
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales
- Travel up to 25%, some nights/weekends
- Ambition, high energy, strong work ethic
- Able to excel in fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication
