📋 Description

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across active and upcoming delivery projects.
• Validate schedule data from developers, GCs, and partners; fix root causes at source.
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan.
• Build reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
• Define data standards and tooling conventions for project reporting.
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks, including AI-assisted approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital programs (data
• Experience running consolidated multi-project portfolio reporting.
• Fluent in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong written and visual communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Comfortable building processes while running them.
