📋 Description

• Build durable change capability for clients: Centers of Excellence, self-service playbooks, and
• Serve as day-to-day contact with analyst- and manager-level stakeholders; structure sub-problems
• Coach Associates informally and contribute to thought-leadership workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) or transformation experience.
• Experience designing scalable change capability and applying Prosci ADKAR toolkit.
• Proficiency with enterprise AI tools for communications drafting, sentiment analysis, and
• Strong project management, analytical, and client relationship skills; capable of coaching junior
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to client sites; Prosci certification required.
