• Help develop and win new commercial opportunities with utilities and government clients
• Support program delivery and streamline operational processes
• Analyze energy markets to inform dispatch, design, and value
• Assist regulatory engagement; track, draft comments, and position with commissions
• Turn messy problems into clear analysis and actionable decks
• Build models, memos, and materials to move deals forward

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in energy; DERMS, demand flexibility, or policy focus ideal
• Strong quantitative/data skills; Excel expert; Python/R/SQL or AI tooling
• Interdisciplinary thinker bridging commercial, analytical, regulatory, and delivery work
• Excellent communication; persuasive writing and presentations
• High tolerance for ambiguity; context-switching and fast prioritization
• Ownership mindset; drive ideas from concept to delivery
