Position: Medical and Health Services Managers
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70–$110/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:4–6 weeks
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
- Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, and records management. Provide expert feedback.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager or Clinical Director.
- Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, or similar settings.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.
