Senior Systems Engineer (Identity and Access)

📋 Description

• Senior IAM-focused engineer to design, implement, and admin our Identity and Access Management
• Oversee SaaS ecosystem and endpoint management (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, Intune).
• Drive automation to reduce toil and improve security in a regulated industry.
• Lead onboarding of new SaaS apps for SSO and enforce RBAC and access policies.
• Collaborate with Security to embed security best practices across IT infrastructure.
• Author operating procedures, roadmaps, and compliance policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IAM systems engineering and IT infrastructure mgmt.
• Deep Okta expertise: configuration, policy creation, app integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, IGA, RBAC, LDAP.
• Automation skills: scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows).
• Bachelor's in CS or related field or equivalent experience.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $130,000 – $170,000 USD (US base, excludes bonus/equity/benefits).
