Senior Product Manager, AI & Data

📋 Description

• Own AI product strategy across document intelligence, workflow automation, and data-driven
• Lead AI engineers and data engineers, setting direction and removing blockers.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the POS for borrowers and loan officers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to align AI with the product surface.
• Evaluate vendors and models, balance cost and build vs. buy decisions.
• Define feature intake, prioritization, and delivery sequencing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, 3+ years in AI/ML in production.
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered features end-to-end.
• Experience mentoring AI/data engineers and working with ML teams.
• Strong technical fluency: read APIs, evaluate model outputs with engineers.
• Data engineering fluency: pipelines, schemas, data quality, infra dependencies.
• Experience with LLM-based systems, prompt design, RAG, document intelligence.
