📋 Description
- Design, build, maintain, and ship services enabling 401(k) offerings to employees
- Own full stack services and APIs end-to-end, shipping production code
- Evolve architecture to support future needs
- Partner with product, compliance, and operations to turn complex financial requirements into
- Debug production issues and improve reliability, observability, and tooling
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate with shared systems
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production products
- Strong experience with services and APIs
- Experience with message-based systems (Sidekiq, SQS, NServiceBus) and GraphQL
- Front-end experience with large modern apps (React)
- Comfortable owning systems end-to-end, including production support
- Clear communicator and collaborative teammate
