🎯 Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of engineering management experience within software engineering, SRE
• Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high-caliber engineers with deep technical
• Strong technical credibility in infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud, or security
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous, high-impact mandates into measurable, sequenced delivery.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, IAM, policy enforcement, and
• Experience operating effectively with stakeholders outside direct reporting lines, using influence

🎁 Benefits
