Engenheiro de Dados Sênior (Redshift, Airflow e DBT)

📋 Description

• Senior data engineer to design, build and operate reliable data platforms.
• Own data warehouse modeling, ingestion standards, transformation layers, governance, performance
• Work with Amazon Redshift, Apache Airflow, dbt, SQL and Python in a cloud-based environment.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams; serve as technical reference for other data
• Remote position in Brazil with emphasis on autonomy, data quality, and engineering rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Data Engineering with at least 2 years in architectural responsibility.
• Production experience with analytical data platforms; handle incidents and reliability requirements.
• Advanced SQL skills (window functions, recursive CTEs, execution plans, skew diagnosis).
• Strong Python experience; modular, tested, version-controlled code (pandas/Polars).
• Hands-on Airflow experience (DAGs, sensors, backfills, dependencies, failure handling).
• Experience with cloud-based MPP data warehouses (prefer Amazon Redshift); familiarity with
