Staff QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead AI-enabled QA initiatives across teams; design testing workflows and measure impact on quality
• Define safe, reliable AI usage standards within test pipelines and automation processes.
• Design agentic testing workflows using MCP tech (Maestro MCP, Playwright MCP) across teams.
• Evaluate AI/testing tech, perform root-cause analyses for false positives and instability.
• Collaborate with MLOps, Platform, Product, and Engineering to establish standards and scalable
• Develop advanced test strategies, plans, and machine-readable test cases for AI-assisted generation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance Engineering; strong manual and automated testing experience.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or CircleCI.
• Operationalize AI-assisted testing with agentic workflows; validation standards and ROI.
• Hands-on AI-assisted testing with MCP-based generation/execution (Maestro MCP, Playwright MCP).
• Judgment on AI-generated results; know when to validate further.
