Senior Development Officer

📋 Description

• Lead fundraising portfolios across giving areas
• Manage donor, sponsor and foundation relationships
• Oversee campaigns, stewardship, events, and reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities
• Supervise Development Coordinator
• Drive long-term donor engagement and revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred; equiv. experience considered
• 4–5 years fundraising experience across donor functions
• Experience in senior development or comparable role
• Familiarity with 2SLGBTQI community and social justice focus
• Nonprofit/mission-driven environment experience valued
• Strong writing, communication, project management and team leadership
