Agentic Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Build modular, plug-and-play AI agents that integrate into agentic app architecture.
• Design memory capabilities: short-term and long-term memory, summarization, retrieval-backed
• Develop tools, MCP servers, and reusable agent skills.
• Produce reliable software with strong architecture, and automated tests.
• Own feature quality via testing, evaluations, monitoring, and observability.
• Analyze traces, logs, and evaluation results to improve system behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software experience.
• Strong Python skills with clean, idiomatic design and testing practices.
• Solid understanding of core agentic AI, including RAG, prompting, tool use, context management, and
• Hands-on experience building non-trivial apps with modern agentic/LLM tooling.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases.
• Data-driven engineering using production traces, metrics, and logs.
