📋 Description

• Schedule and lead client meetings following software sales, gathering data and requirements to
• Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring tasks, milestones, and deliverables stay on
• Serve as the primary communication point throughout implementation, gathering feedback and
• Configure software systems according to client operations, applying knowledge of golf course
• Train clients on the core platform and add-on modules to drive adoption.
• Document client configurations and customizations with clear implementation documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a comparable client-facing
• At least 3 years of experience in golf course operations with strong knowledge of golf course
• Familiarity with competing golf course management solutions; previous experience with the relevant
• Solid technical knowledge and confidence with business software and digital tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity and collaboration tools.
