📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of customer-facing features across UI, backend services
• Build secure, scalable cloud platforms and AI-powered experiences across Sophos products.
• Collaborate on cross-team architecture and provide technical direction for production code.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience at Principal/Staff/Architect level.
• Hands-on building production AI applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong proficiency with AI coding agents across design, implementation, testing, and code review.
• Strong architecture and system-design experience for large-scale SaaS.
• Hands-on backend with Go and/or Java; frontend with Angular and/or React.
• Experience deploying secure microservices and APIs on AWS.
