📋 Description
- Oversee construction projects from inception to closeout.
- Develop project plans with schedules, risks, communications, milestones.
- Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs; act on issues.
- Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet requirements.
- Lead permitting, bidding, contractor selection, and change orders.
- Travel 50-70% across Canada and North America as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Construction/PM experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or high school with 4+ years military or equivalent.
- Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, procurement, closeout.
- Experience overseeing preconstruction through turnover; strong communication.
- Knowledge of accessibility/life-safety; able to travel 50-70% and meet physical demands.
