ServiceNow Solution Architect- ITSM +Integrations

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow solutions across
• Engage with users, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, scripting, UI configurations, work
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms via REST, SOAP, Mid
• Develop and maintain bi-directional integrations using JDBC, ODBC, ETL, and data extraction
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, mentor engineers, and establish standard development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, administration, configuration, and/or
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems through Mid Servers and cloud-to-cloud
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, including bi-directional integrations.
• Experience with data extraction and integration tech (JDBC, ODBC, ETL).
• ServiceNow scripting expertise: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scripted REST
• Ability to create technical designs and clear implementation specs; translate complex requirements
