Head of Data

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to define and execute the ANZ data strategy
• Partner with Global BTS, CEX, and Commercial teams to deliver data-led solutions
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics
• Drive AI/ML initiatives and predictive analytics across the organisation
• Ensure data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance
• Manage external partners, vendors, and data-related projects

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business, data, analytics, or AI roles, with 5+ years in leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Science/CS or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred
• Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise data/AI strategies
• Expertise in ML/AI methodologies and MLOps
• Strong data architecture, governance, and compliance knowledge
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions and data products
