📋 Description

• Electronics Owner from Concept to Production: design, simulate, implement, test multi-layer PCBAs
• Battery Module Owner: drive battery strategy with internal teams, supply chain, and vendors under
• Validation & Evaluation: develop and execute DVT/PVT plans; design test fixtures; use lab
• Root-Cause Analysis & Debugging: identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Lifecycle Management & Vendor Alignment: manage PLM, vendor relationships, and
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with PMs, software, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• Power electronics expertise: DC/DC, PMSM/BLDC controls, switching topologies, thermal analysis
• Battery modules, BMS, and chargers experience.
• CAD tools such as Altium; CAD design rules.
• PLM systems experience (e.g., Arena).
• PCB/PCBA design, prototyping, debugging; interface with manufacturing.
• Electronics lab tools and simulation (LTSpice, PSpice).
