CRM Migration & Automation Specialist

📋 Description

• Hands-on contract to migrate CRM infra across systems.
• Transition workflows/data from HubSpot to GoHighLevel while preserving automations, integrations
• CRM architecture, workflow automation, data validation, integration troubleshooting, testing, and
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable
• Identify risks, edge cases, broken logic, and gaps before impact on users.
• Contribute to integrations via Zapier, Make.com, monday.com, APIs, and webhooks; support smaller

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel and HubSpot; hands-on migration between the two platforms.
• Experience with Zapier, Make.com, and monday.com; building/troubleshooting workflows and
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, pipelines, business workflows
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data formatting, integrations, and basic programming concepts.
• Experience testing CRM workflows, automations, integrations, and processes; strong validation

🎁 Benefits
