Implementation Project Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and guide clients through onboarding and implementation journeys across Employer of Record and
• Own projects with plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and status updates
• Coordinate onboarding across internal teams, partners, and client stakeholders
• Provide platform training and support successful adoption
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate as needed
• Ensure smooth handovers to ongoing service and high client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, client success, or client-facing
• Familiarity with Employer of Record services, global employment, payroll, HR or Managed Services is
• Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination across teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in risk management
