Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead tactical and transformation projects and technology implementation for client engagements.
• Plan, manage, and communicate project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, resources, budgets, schedules, and governance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate stakeholders, including vendor and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment.
• Oversee project execution, track progress with metrics, and drive timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; PMP and/or Scrum Master is a plus.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with transformation programs, Core Insurance systems (AS400), POS, and data platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies; experience with RFP/RFQ processes is a
