• 4+ years building web apps with React or Vue.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript; scalable frontend exp.
• Experience planning tech/execution for features and migrations.
• Ability to work across multiple teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or developer tooling is a plus.
