📋 Description

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to schedule and standards, and great customer
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients between delivery, storage, and work areas.
• Take orders, process paperwork, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure safe operations.
• Advancement paths from assistant manager toward GM or franchisee opportunities.

• Strong math and ability to multitask.
• Ability to comprehend and give written instructions and communicate with customers.
• Accurate monetary change and basic calculator use.
• Enter orders via keyboard or touch screen; navigate maps to delivery areas.
• Physical ability to handle standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stairs as needed.
• Team leadership and adherence to policies 100% of the time.
