📋 Description

• Own TN RTI²-A+B implementation and impact.
• Build and manage a Tennessee-connected implementation team.
• Generate statewide regional revenue for Blue Engine in TN.
• Maintain senior external relationships with state and regional leaders.
• Lead TN divisional planning, budget, and resourcing decisions.
• Represent Blue Engine in external convenings and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years K–12 leadership; 4+ years in senior leadership with complex implementation.
• Setting vision and direction for large- scale initiatives.
• Allocating and managing resources across priorities.
• Fostering collaboration across teams and roles.
• Regional growth and partnership development experience.
