Capacitor Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead setup and commissioning of capacitor manufacturing facility
• Define process from raw film to finished capacitor
• Implement winding, dielectric stack, impregnation, and high‑voltage tests
• Establish, qualify, and optimize VPI/encapsulation workflows
• Set up testing for capacitance, tanδ, DC hipot, and partial discharge
• Scale from pilot to high‑volume production

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in electrical/materials/physics or related field
• 2+ years high‑voltage film capacitor manufacturing experience
• Deep knowledge of polypropylene dielectrics and metallization
• Experience with VPI systems and epoxy/resin chemistry
• HV testing methods (IEC 60270) and ISO 9001 quality systems
