Nuclear Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and optimize neutron and gamma diagnostic systems for fusion experiments.
• Analyze radiation data to support experimental campaigns and diagnostics.
• Perform radiation-transport analysis to improve safety and performance.
• Develop radiation test environments for detector calibration/material testing.
• Apply Monte Carlo simulations (MCNP, Geant4, FLUKA) for transport and shielding.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong Monte Carlo experience (MCNP, Geant4, FLUKA).
• Hands-on neutron/gamma detection techniques.
• Radiation shielding, dose calculations, safety assessments.
• Radiation metrology and calibration techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar tools; CNSC/NRC/IAEA knowledge.
