📋 Description

• Lead the region's performance narrative by connecting signals across demand, supply, and
• Set the analytical agenda for the region on prioritization, deep-dive analysis, and escalation
• Ensure alignment between Region Operations and Commercial; resolve issues and drive execution.
• Develop and coach analysts; ensure data-driven decisions and reliable outputs.
• Represent the region in leadership forums with structured, decision-ready recommendations.
• Identify strategic risks and opportunities and present solutions to the Strategy & Planning

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in strategy, analytics, or business management at a management consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• High ownership mindset; strong business acumen and urgency
• Ability to lead, influence, and align teams without direct authority
• Experience coaching junior team members
• Proficiency in SQL; comfort with Python and data visualization is a plus
