📋 Description

• Lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory mgmt
• Drive forecast accuracy and align with financial plans
• Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Commercial
• Support new product launches and distribution planning
• Lead continuous improvement across the supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Mgmt
• MBA or higher preferred but not required
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
