About the Job

Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project task, coordinating with stakeholders between Singapore and Japan for remittance enhancement.
- Create planning paper of UAT/BCP/Migration/Business rehearsal with end user and Head Office Lead tasks of UAT/BCP/Migration/Business rehearsal with end user and Head Office Facilitate meetings
- Adjust scope and requirement of the project
- Other relevant tasks assigned by the project manager (e.g. documentation, information gathering)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, such as e-Banking , remittance etc. Understanding of SWIFT Message types and structure, such as MT101, MT103, MT940, etc. As well as MX format such as pain001, pacs008, camt053, etc.
- Knowledge on Best practices for ISO20022 regulation change treatment.
- Finding the reasonable solution for particular banking corporation. Documentation, Presentation, Meeting facilitation between Singapore and Japan Analytical and problem-solving skills Organized, systematic, logical Able to facilitate multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Systematic knowledge of project management (e.g. PMP)
- Business Japanese required to liaise with stakeholders from HQ
