📋 Description
- Lead for process and equipment design on Strategic Capital Project
- Drive design decisions, equipment specs, and risk management
- Independently plan and conduct high-impact projects in Drug Product Manufacturing or Packaging
- Develop execution strategy including procurement and balancing business needs with cGMP requirements
- Interface with regulatory agencies during audits and present documentation
- Represent engineering on corporate task forces and collaborate with internal/external teams
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; 6+ years preferred
- Strong technical knowledge, able to handle complex problems
- Experience collaborating across diverse groups and with external partners
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills in fast-paced environments
- Technical background in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biologics industries preferred
- Experience with financial systems and fiscal controls
