📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day bakery operations with BOM to deliver guest experiences.
• Independently run bakery when BOM is away, keep team focused.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Cookie Crew members with real-time feedback.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training to build a fully staffed team.
• Assist with schedules, labor management, inventory, and product rotation.
• Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and bakery execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Experience coaching and developing hourly team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Hands-on leadership style, able to cover bakery roles as needed.
• 18+ years old; able to obtain required food safety certifications.
