- Lead project cost, schedule and documentation for Strategic Capital Project
- Drive schedule, execution, risk management and reporting for the team
- Identify cost/cycle time reductions and efficiency improvements
- Mentor personnel on Business Excellence tools
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Develop plans to deliver on budget, scope and schedule
🎯 Requirements
- 6-10 years business experience; 1+ year LSS
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Business
- Accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader; PMP preferred
- Financial acumen and ROI assessment
- Strong written and oral communication
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution
