- Lead bakery operations during shift; ensure guest experience from start to finish.
- Bake, package, and prepare orders with exceptional service.
- Coach and motivate Cookie Crew; provide direction and feedback.
- Prioritize/delegate tasks to keep operations efficient.
- Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed.
- Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-focused env.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving
- Thrives in fast-paced, team environment
- Positive attitude; passion for guest experiences
- Must be 18+; able to obtain applicable food safety certs
- Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations
