Video Producer

📋 Description

• Shoot, edit, and deliver cinematic films showing Fuse's machines, people, tests, and technical work.
• Own full production: camera, lighting, location audio, edit, color, and final delivery.
• Develop scripts, concepts, and shoot plans with the creative team.
• Produce 2–3 minute launch films, technical explainers, and vertical content.
• Work as a one-person crew with added support for larger shoots as needed.
• Build and maintain a searchable footage library for future projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional reel demonstrating professional cinematography and editing (portfolio hire).
• Strong command of camera, lighting, location audio, editing, and color grading.
• Ability to shoot in challenging environments (low light, high contrast, industrial hardware).
• Ability to take a project from concept to finished film independently.
• Experience with AI video-generation tools as part of production workflows.
• Ability to source and integrate stock footage effectively.
