• Implement visual standards to deliver an elevated customer experience in-store
• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation per brand guidelines
• Coach and develop store team on visual/merchandising practices
• Plan workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to align with business needs
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time
• Ensure stock, product presentation, and pricing reflect the latest guidelines

• Experience in visual and commercial presentation in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices and tools
• Ability to read weekly sales reports and act on opportunities
• Leadership skills to coach and develop store teams
• Comfort with trend analysis, fashion, and product presentation
