Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Engage on a long-term, remote engagement with MA EOE focusing on a Family Portal and Case
• Own UX/UI from concept to handoff: wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive
• Build and maintain components within an evolving design system.
• Translate complex workflows into accessible, usable interfaces; collaborate with engineers to
• Support WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility reviews; VPATs a strong plus.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, reviews, and stakeholder demos; autonomous in a lean team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design with a strong visual design sensibility and systems thinking.
• Experience launching and maintaining digital products with cross-functional teams; understand agile
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Comfort in agile environments with iterative feedback.
• Strong communication to present design rationale; experience designing for public services/benefits.
