• Assist management in store operations during shifts
• Oversee cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
• Lead a team of 3 to 30 employees
• Greet customers, take orders, operate POS, and handle payments
• Prepare products according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and professional grooming standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a team (3–30 people) during shifts
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Full open availability
• At least 18 years old
