• Coaches GMs, AMs and crew on operations
• Plan on-the-job coaching objectives before visits
• Provide actionable feedback and development mentoring
• Lead annual performance appraisals
• Drive operational excellence and policy adherence
• Develop market business plans and LSM initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years multi-unit restaurant/retail experience
• Experience in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit stores
