Immediate ESE Learning Specialist (K-8)

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with IEPs for students and facilitate IEP meetings
• Teach small groups and support general education settings
• Collaborate with families around the special education process
• Assist RtI processes with staff and coordinate grade-level support
• Maintain positive classroom environment and implement curriculum
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Florida Teaching Certification or Eligibility (ESE K-12)
• At least one year of teaching experience with a track record of high achievement
• Commitment to racial and educational equity
• Background check completion as required by law
• Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse process (per HB 531)
